Companies wishing to donate the ONLUS non-food products and non- farmaceuticals, whose total value does not exceed € 1.032,91, will enjoy of a VAT rexemption on those type of goods. They can be in fact accounted with their “normal value” since they do not constitute income or capital gain. For this purpose FORUM will be releasing companies a receipt useful for tax deduction.
